Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Manager in Commonwealth of Emerging Markets (CEM) (2021-to date).
CEM region incorporates 9 countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia;
Key responsibilities:
1. Implementing and driving digital excellence;
2. Communication via online and offline channels with internal (Colleagues) and external (HCPs) audience;
3. Corporate, HCP, Parient websites launch;
4. Identifying and establishing new effective digital / offline communication channels;
5. Regular alignment with the Team (Commercial Affairs), MRQ and Sales Force (MRs);
6. Discovering insights through Market Research/Surveys;
7. Supporting other Affiliates in omnichannel communication (sharing best practices);
Achievements: Successfully launched corporate web-site for three main CEM countries. Successfully launched WhatsApp communication with Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and on day-to-day communication (product launched, updates, webinar and offline event invitations, etc.)
Digital and Social Media Consultant (2019-2020)- remote work
Key responsibilities:
• Thorough Social Media and Web-site Audit;
• Digital and Social Media Strategy development and implementation;
• Detailed Action Plan, Thematic Map of key Influencers and Recommendations;
• Facebook / Instagram and Google Ads support;
• Presentations of findings;
• Reporting on key activities.
Extended responsibilities:
• Partial support on ongoing social media activities;
• Development and full execution of Social Media Plan within tight deadlines (55 publications in one month);
• Communication with influencers (media-people, bloggers, celebrities) on social media campaigns;
• Web-site content management and creation of campaign landing pages (via Drupal);
