Novo Nordisk CEM Region (Healthcare)

Multi-Channel Customer Engagement Manager in Commonwealth of Emerging Markets (CEM) (2021-to date).

CEM region incorporates 9 countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Mongolia;


Key responsibilities:


1. Implementing and driving digital excellence;

2. Communication via online and offline channels with internal (Colleagues) and external (HCPs) audience;

3. Corporate, HCP, Parient websites launch;

4. Identifying and establishing new effective digital / offline communication channels;

5. Regular alignment with the Team (Commercial Affairs), MRQ and Sales Force (MRs);

EXPO 2017 Finland Pavilion
PR, Communication and Project Management Specialist (January - April 2020) - temporary project work during EXPO 17

Temporary project for EXPO 2017 International Exhibition in Astana to represent Finland as a PR and Communication manager. Although the main work was done before April 2017, I've consulted the Client and monitored the work of sub-contractors till September 2017.

Key responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning, organization and execution of PR campaigns (including strategy and media-planning);
• Organisation of a press-tour;
• Organization of press-conferences and communication with mass media representatives;
• Digital Marketing project-management and execution (including SEO, SMM, E-mail marketing AdWords);

Biography
I was born and raised in Kazakhstan. Since childhood I have been fond of art and psychology. After leaving school, I studied Business and Economics in the UK for five years. My choice fell on the University of Manchester (Bachelors), as well as Imperial College London (Masters), where I successfully studied Business, Economics and Social Science and Strategic Marketing. Having successfully graduated from the university, I decided to implement my theorethical knowledge and develop new skills at multinational for-profit and non-for-profit organizations. I have worked for several organisations such as BASF, UNICEF, UNDP, EXPO 2017 since then gaining solid a comprehensive work experience and expertise in Digital Marketing.
